Rumors about LG planning to resurrect webOS for their TV has been fresh for a while. Now leaked images appear to offer the first look at the upcoming television. Evleaks has posted a photo of the rumored webOS TV by LG. The image also provides a brief look of the webOS cards interface. They are not identical  to the cards interface found in webOS smartphones, it does include a thumbnail overview of any apps and content being run on the TV.

Rumors suggest that it will power up with a 2.2GHz dual-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. It might also include apps based on the webOS Enyo framework.

Common apps like YouTube, Facebook, Skype  and are listed in the photo alongside LG's SmartShare service. Beside those apps is something that seems like a web browser. The webOS-powered TV is expected to be announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) conducted next week in Las Vegas.
